| Club news March 2018 The Marklin section of our layout has been completely rebuilt using new, high quality track.  Plan of the new Marklin layout  The new track, almost complete. Our tram line is being extended down to the harbour area. (see Photo of the Month) .Prof. Barry Rubin was a noted political analyst and also a model train enthuiast. Before his untimely death in 1964 at the age of 64, he had built in his house in Tel Aviv a very impressive HO layout based on American railroads and scenery. Recently, his widow donated to the club most of his collection, a small part of which is shown in the "Picture of the month" on the Home page. Another of his locos is shown in the photo below.  |
